Please note that the 2012 ASEACCU conference is held in Kaohsiung City, not Taipei City.Therefore, booking a flight to Taiwan Kaohsiung International Airport will provide you much convenience. Nevertheless, if you already booked tickets to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, you can still take the High Speed Rail to get to Kaohsiung which will take you 1.5 hour. The fare is around 1330 NTD/way. Please make sure to reach Kaohsiung before 3p.m in order to fully participate in the conference.How can you get to Taiwan?
From Korea
Flight duration from Seoul, South Korean to Taoyuan is 2 hours, to Kaohsiung is 2.5 hours by Korean Air or China Airlines etc.
From Japan
There are direct flights from all major cities in Japan to Taiwan (Taoyuan or Kaohsiung). Flight duration is about 3 hours by Japan Airlines, China Airlines, or Eva Airways.
How can you get to Kaohsiung city?
From Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport:
*HSR (High Speed Rail): You can take the HSR to Kaohsiung (Zuoying Station) if you are arriving in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. The fare is around 1,330NTD. Buses will be waiting outside of the HSR Zuoying Station for your arrival.
How can you get to WenzaoUrsuline College of Languages?(for Student)
From ZuoyingStationof High Speed Rail:
- Bus: Take bus "MinZuLine" to Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages Stop.Please see the following website for the information for the operatingroute:

MinZu Trunk[ext] - Taxi: Take taxi to Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages: about 10 mins driving distance.
MinZu Trunk[ext]- Kaohsiung Rapid Transit(KRT)+Bus: Take KRT from Zuoying Station to Kaohsiung Arena Station (2nd exit) and take Shuttle bus "Red No.36" to Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages Stop.

From Taiwan Kaohsiung International Airport:
- From Special Bus to the Ambassador Hotel: The special shuttle bus will be waiting outside the Taiwan Kaohsiung International Airport during 14:00-15:45 of August 23rd and bring you directly to the Ambassador Hotel. Please follow the guidance of our ASEACCU conference staffs in the Airport to get on the bus. They will be waiting at the arriving hall of the airport. Highly Recommended!
- KRT+Taxi: Take KRT Red Line from Taiwan Kaohsiung International Airport(R4) to Formosa Boulevard Station (R10/O5) and transfer on KRT Orange Line from Formosa Boulevard Station (R10/O5) to the City Council Station(O4). Then take taxi to Kaohsiung Ambassador Hotel: about 3-5mins driving distance.

ASEACCU 2012. Conference Fee Payment Instructions
1. Costs:

2 faculty members and 2 students from overseas institution, the total of 36,200NT dollars should be paid via telegraphic wire transfer to Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages.
